The only one I like out of this bunch is the Werehog, because the black eyes work in that respect, making him look like an animal or something. The black eyes on all the rest, except for Eggman, just make them look like they have dead-eyes. sad.png I know that's the LBP style but.. eh

Hmm, the Metal Gear Solid and Sonic the Hedgehog series added into one popular game? This seems awfully familiar.

I made a completely plain sackboy with green checker pattern fabric. I like to think of it as Green Hill Zone pattern camouflage.

I don't really like LBP all that much, really. It's too floaty and slippery. Wish they'd let me tweak Sackboy's physics per level.

Pretty much. Sold the game after having enough of that crap.

I really need to play more of that game. Haven't touched it in ages; I always forget we have it, and I have to catch up on older games too.

Try using the Cat Eyes with Sonic. I find they have a sort of anime-esque look to them when used right.

EDIT: Or wait, better yet, just draw some white behind the button eyes, shaped like Sonic's eyes.

EDIT2: Sort of like this.

Only, you know, without making him look high as a kite.

This really makes me want to get a PS3 now. I hope they put this in the PSP version.

Will look great until you play it and realise that even that fat plumber is faster than a sackboy. /killjoy

Sonic is never going to have a Klonoa crossover.

Well, this may be further disagreeable, but I have reasons to believe that there most likely will be one.

When fate comes out to prove me wrong, then I'll not speak anymore of it. This, I can promise. For now, I say wait it out.

And this is coming from a guy called "Super Klonoa"
..sorry. =P

Yeah, I'm pretty much a crossover nut, and not just Sonic & Klonoa, btw. And I'm very glad to see Sonic get out and join other notable characters and franchises... That alone makes me happy.

Because every platformer is suppose to play exactly alike.

Care to provide us with your batshit insane theories?

In this case, maybe it should. Outside grabbing moving objects, it felt too slow and didn't bother making that weakness into a strength. I'm sure the PSP version went and did something about that though.

Back on topic, loving the Robotnik one. Sonic and Knuckles' ones though look creepy. Even more so than the real Tails Doll.

Playing as sackboy in LBP is great and I love it. It's one of my favourite platformers and deserves to be held in high regard. But throwing in a pseudo sonic sackboy just wont feel the same, especially as he wont have any of his signature moves or speed.

But if you want to play pretend, go ahead. smile.png

Care to elaborate on that than just leaving it so vauge?

I prefer the fact that it's slower than other platformers mainly because it's focused on the multiplayer aspect. Three players running around faster than the camera can keep up makes it chaotic as fuck. Not to mention how most levels in LBP are vertical.

It's an optional suit add-on for cosmetic purposes. It's not suppose to play like Sonic the Hedgehog at all.
