Maybe it's just because I've dealt with internet trolls more times than I cared to, but I never saw what was likeable about the guy in any form. Yeah, people would tell me I'm just being a closed-minded fuck and should have given him a chance, but I like to at least think I know when I see someone not to hang around, like a person who finds immense joy in prank calling people to the point they lose their jobs or just general harassment.

All I know is that there were some headbuttings between Tweaker and I on a staffing level in some instances over this (eh, it's too much bullshit to really go into, mostly all under the bridge now) and I was dangerously close to just saying fuck it, stepping away from here and probably working with some others in reviving SClassic (now with 15% more riboflavin!) sort of as a good day, sir.

Obviously, that didn't happen; couldn't be bothered to, really. But each time, this guy would do something, cry crocodile tears, apologize, said he'll behave and then repeat the cycle.

I do understand poundstuff was made as a sort of lounge for people to just B.S. on, and that's more than fine, since it's not unlike how SClassic was before it closed down. However, it pretty much mutated into the guy's little clique. If you weren't with the clique, you were removed and berated.

So, when I read that apology? All I see are words with no meaning. Same old story, same old song and dance. Retro would do well to just moving on.

That's my two pesos on this.

Fantastic.

I like to remember my passwords, though

Keep a text file with them.

Yeah, he was an ass no doubt. But why the hell hasn't this been seen fit to be mentioned?

P.S. Stuffcon fund was donated to retro. It's the least we can do.

Least you guys could do is at least acknowledge this. Playing the better man takes more than being the victim, you know.

I remember it being mentioned earlier in the topic. But it's the equivalent of torementing a person in reality for several months then giving them a $20 bill one day and go, "no hard feelings."

End isn't justified by the means.

Sounds like a desperate bid at redemption, if anything.

I'd rather say the same.

As I said previously, there's no way I'm gonna trust a guy who has been crossdressing for 8 years, deleted the forum database while he had an admin account and then hold in hostage many members of this site with his copy of the database. What I read about him in this topic doesn't relieve me either.

Anyway, something I'd like to be clarified because I'm not too sure about:
is my account at risk if I got an email from the pundstuff website but never registered an account in?

Like I said earlier that wasn't his money. He just donated other people's money to Retro to try and make himself look like the good guy again. Sorry if it sounds mean I just don't want to fall for his empty words again.

In that case, I'd suggest refusing the donation, if it's possible

I didn't really concern myself with the whole password changing thing. I mean, why would they want MY account? I don't have any close friends here to harass (although I wish I did, if anyone wants to be my friend hit me up on MSN or IRC wink.png ), I've never buried myself into drama (actually, I've read about all the drama here since 2005 yet never actually involved myself in it), and I don't have any extra forum privileges to abuse. However, after reading a second warning about password changes, I'm starting to get a little shaky about exactly how passwords were acquired, because I use the same password and usually the same username for every online thing I sign up for. I'm not worried about my SonicRetro account being hacked, but I'm sorta worried about my emails, other forum identities, and worst of all, my eBay and paypal accounts.

I know x64 is like, some 500lb dude from the next state over (oh wait, didn't he move to NJ?), and honestly I feel kinda bad for him. He obviously doesn't have any irl friends (not to mention a love life, dude would crush anything that came near him), and I know the Sonic community and the internet in general means everything to him. It's probably his life, I've read multiple "im literally crying right now over wat I did to my only friends sad.png" posts, and this probably won't be the last time we see him.

Although, if we don't see him for a while, I guess we can assume he died from complications from diabetes or a heart attack. v.png

Tweaker, if you unban him ever, I'll jump out the window. Please don't come to my funeral. Good bye.

For a statement like that, I'm willing to make you my instant best friend.

Fantastic!

Tongara and x64 are the very reason I never use Skype anymore. They try to lure me to Skype just so they can scream their catchphrase in my face, giving me a proverbial fucking spit shower. x64 even tries to scream it in my face in AIM.
