Nice SFX list for S3K, now I can identify what Sound Effect is used for.

You should remove codes E0 onwards as they aren't SFXs. Maybe the SEGA scream, but that one is handled in a completely different way (it even causes the music playback to get paused).

Also FB & FC seems to just stop the music all together,the tempo is not effected whatsoever.

Yeah! When I tried it on S2, it started to work. I'm still testing that out.
