Our page on the Tokyo Game Show 2016 listed this so I looked into it.

This is apparently a trailer of some sort with SC5 at the end:

This seems to be the only video on YouTube that shows the whole thing:

I'm guessing it's just a tech demo though.

I've always thought that SC5 would make a great port for the Wii/U . I'm not seeing much point in bringing the experience to the super niche VR market, but hopefully it can get some love and possibly even see a Nintendo Switch release.

I think some of SEGA's arcade or arcade-like games would be a good fit for VR. VR isn't really up to big "AAA" games that you play for hours and hours, and owners of the hardware are somewhat starved for games. House of the Dead in PSVR could be great, or maybe something like Virtual On. I guess the question is if the install base is big enough to justify the investment.

It just seems to consist of them waving their arms around with the VR controllers and not actually like, any sort of rhythmic controller movement? I am incredibly disappointed because I am the sort of person who got way too into the SEGA Superstars rendition and found it far too amusing and that was comparatively much cruder technology.

I want to be groovy in VR dammit.
