Get a webhost. Or sign up at StreamLoad.comand give everyone the username and password if you can't find any other way to get it hoasted lol.

Why do you guys need the ROM? IPS patching keeps downloading much easier and more LEGAL.

Nothing to patch with, too lazy to patch it myself. ROM plz.

Also, if nobody is doing anything about it why bother getting anal about the legalities? It's been proven Sega don't give a shit about 12-year-old ROMs (they only care about their precious money-making new shit) so why the paranoia?

That's very true. The only gaming company that goes bonkers if you try to download one of their 12-year old games is Nintendo. Sega could care less. (If they did, they would have already cracked down on the Sonic 2 prototype.)

Yet they're still using those 12 or so year old roms to make new rehash games to try and cash in on them even more.
