Sonic Team stealing

Well, sega pays for it...they win.

 

Record companies pay music artists for the copyright to their songs, so I imagine SEGA paying Yasahara (<- edit) to come up with the Sonic characer was equivalent to this.

I have no idea whether ideas were stolen for Sonic Advance 3. If this is the case we need the proof well documented and organized, and of course the accusation publically annouced on a popular website.

Can you post a sheet and a sample comic for the newb member?

 

They pay for the word in basic type (usually Roman or Helvetica font). They don't pay for the character, only the name. And for the other characters, there are no trademarks.

And by that, I could make a character that looks like Sonic and call it something else. If they steal that idea, then they're breaking the law.

 

LOst can't provide proof of the thievery since the friend wishes to remain anonymous.

Anyways, Back on topic, We goot find that sa3b rom (I got a link to a video clip from the cult).

 

Someone offered to send me a SA3 ROM (10MB), but they said it was just a rolling demo :/

 

THAT rom is just a poorly compressed video.. don't bother
