The highlight of Persona 4:
Your classmate is stuck in a hostile world with the personification of her worst feelings that will torment her until it can kill the next time it rains.

Fuck it. She can chill there while I go play with the gym club. She'll be fiiiiiiiiine.....

Though funnily enough, actually building up relationships with people outside of the dungeon-crawling (well, along with making sure you're not underlevelled) is pretty much vital to actually saving people. Though that point is not nearly as funny. :v:

God damn I need to get a Vita at some point, but I can't stop spending my damn money on PC games.

I'll be very surprised if someone doesn't register persona6.jp within the next few days, just to sit on it.

This won't hit 3DS. Might well end up on Vita, though.

Popular thought is Vita or PS3. Persona 4 has been a smash for the Vita. Someone remind me, can P3FES be played on Vita? If so, then the system could very well sell as being a glorified SMT:Persona portable device.

I assume you mean P3P, which can be played on Vita. Persona 1 and 2 also have PSP version which are playable on Vita, though those games are very different.

I'd love a Vita version of P3FES with the P3P additions and an improved version of The Answer.

No, I mean P3FES. IIRC, it was released recently as a PS2 Classic on PSN. Are those not playable on Vita?

Seconding TimmiT's hope for a P3 "Complete Editon".

Though I really wouldn't mind seeing Atlus porting every single Persona game to the 3DS or something (except for P4 Arena, for obvious reasons). The 3DS, if I recall, can have game carts of up to 8 GB, so space isn't an issue like it was for P3P, they could probably port P4G, easy.

I wish they were.

I still need to finish P3... I got quite far on it a few years back, then my PS2 died. I'll get to it eventually.
Still, this is excellent news!

Also, in regards to PS2 Classics, lack of Vita compatibility is likely because they are software emulated. The emulator has been cracked and you can inject PS2 ISO's into the emulator on CFW PS3's.

Golden might have sold some Vitas, but it still sold well under a million (like sub 500,000). I'd say PS3 is faaaaar more likely.

Do you just mean in retail? If not, digital sales also play a huge factor in Vita games and could very well double that number. The European version was also only released earlier this year, so there's that as well.

Also mind that Persona 4 Golden is a re-release (with new additions) of an old game.

Also also, what's your source of those sales? If it's VGChartz, shame on you.

I'm honestly not sure of the sales, it's a paraphrase from Carbo on SSMB. Honestly, I don't get why people think Vita is a good idea, though. It'd cost no more to put on PS3, or only a bit more, and they'd have better return due to people actually owning a PS3. Not all Persona fans own a Vita, but most seem to own a PS3.

Ugh, great. I felt confident in buying Persona 4 Arena relatively soon after release because it didn't seem like the kind of fighting game that would get one of these lazy "sequels" or "expansions". So much for that, I guess.
