Everyone was also capable of it in Shadow and Heroes, whether that was in speed formation where they followed the leader or in power formation where the speed and flight characters would just automatically attacking anything nearby.

Likely, unless they do a big expansion. They'd be stupid to, IMO. A Dash 2 that's not as mundane as this one (read: a level OTHER than Seaside Hill all the time, hell, multiple levels would be appreciated!) would be better.
The last character is Cream and there's nothing else to do, so no not really. I vote for Dash 2 with more to do, much like how Sonic Jump Fever is replacing Jump. Somehow I've put 22 hours into this.
Oh so they finally got Cream out now? Maybe now they can do some new tracks not like its that hard when all they have to do is model the same types of set pieces like they did in Seaside Hill just give them a make over. I mean they got Seaside Hill and the Beach section of it now right?
I'd kill for the ability to not use their original music since that remix is just terrible. At least they had the decency to include Egg Hornet's theme, but the boss lasts just shorter than the Egg Hornet itself if you play it straight.
This is what I have been waiting for. More environments are an easy way to keep people interested. Add a mechanical base, a casino, a forest, anything new would be worth trying out in my book.
I'd like a Sonic Dash 2 where they tried. They could do some other interesting things with the Sonic mechanics for the runner genre, like branching/alternate paths.
I don't understand why they don't have more environments and had things fitting for a "forever runner" theme. Also music that isn't garbage. Like this shit is practically begging for Sonic 2/Chaotix/Saturn 3D blast bonus stages.
