    I am using SonLVL and SonmapED adn was wondering how you change the ground color, and artwork, things like that. Please help, I'm fairly new and I couldn't find anything on Sonic Retro.

    Next time you should probably post here: http://forums.sonicretro.org/index.php?showtopic=10880

    Anyway, for learning how to use SonMapED your going to want to read this first: http://info.sonicretro.org/SCHG_How-to:Use_SonMapEd/Part_1

    (Warning, terrible tutorial incoming) For SonLVL, once you start up and pick a level (not sure what game you picked) you can change any color you want to that is in the level from the palette menu:

    As for importing new artwork, you can either edit art directly within the program through the "art" tab and freely edit the level tiles or import your own:

    When importing your own, you need to make sure the dimensions are correct for whatever you are importing:

    Chunks = 128x128
    Blocks = 16x16
    Tiles = 8x8

    Hope this somewhat helped...
