The S3K Boss port has a broken DAC, but other than that, it's cool.

What happened to the bass on that Sky Chase music? I thought I fixed it for you, but now the whole volume balance of the song sounds out of whack and the bass is too high. :\
Looking pretty slick, though!

This looks pretty cool. The Super Sonic in Sky Chase is a very neat idea.

Seeing all this, it's tempting to offer my help in it, but I have enough work on my plate with a few things right now. Looks awesome, though.

While novel, the Super Sonic stage looks boring. I think you should at least speed up the scrolling. Everything else looks fun.

...you guys do notice that this was the original Sky Chase layout, right? I haven't designed the level yet. >_>

It must have been attacked by Gremlins sometime between dragging it out of the "My Received Files" folder (after you sent the fix) and dropping it in the "sound" folder. Seriously, it was almost just drag-and-drop; the only thing I did in hex was modify the duration of all of the notes, so that I could use a new dividing timing.

My only problem is that I think the running sprites you chose for Sonic are just not good (There is a contrast in style between the original sprites and those Sonic 2 beta ones you put in. Mostly the Sonic 1 eyes become an issue).
Reverted to original Sonic 2 sprites. There were new hanging sprites in there with the running sprite, but the free arm was out of whack, so the original might look better.

Stephen worked with the two of us for the whole of a day before we didn't hear from him again.
Actually, DNX heard from me many times after that, but must have failed to tell you that the reason I didn't do anything more was that I tore the ligaments in both ankles and smashed my knee in, resulting in a few hospital trips and my inability to walk for an extended period of time. Hacking was the least of my concerns then, and he was informed on the situation. If he didn't tell you, that's not my fault really.

^Er... I didn't say it was anybody's fault, but... okay? And no, I hadn't heard a word of it.

Do you have the full music of what happens to sound like an Aquatic Ruin remix? I'd love to hear the rest of it.
Also referring to Aquatic Ruin, that may be one of the better innovations for an old boss ever.

Rika did something similar in S2:AE.
This still all looks great though. Make back-ups, I don't want to see this go down the shitter like so many other great hacks.
