    Get Gens which can emulate Sega CD. Then download the Sega CD BIOS, and configure Gens to use them. Finally load the ISO file.

    It's under one of the Gens menu. Directories, or something, where you point it to the SegaCD BIOS files.

    Uh, try other menu items yourself. Like Bios/Misc Files etc.

    I try booting the CD then it says it isn't configured.

    Nothing that concerns this place in the least.
    You have to make sure you configure them in the right order (American, European, Japanese, etc.).
