Lumping it in with the general Forces thread is a waste of page scrolling. Post your general impressions on the Avatar gameplay. Post your disappointments. Post your QTs. Holding out for a hero to upload a 100% save with all parts unlocked so I can just grab the game and create a character without having to play it.
Here's mine. I really think Purples and blues are the best color scheme, even if it can end up looking a little...vaporwave in the second guy's case. Also, covering up the wide front-mouths do the avatars good.
Honestly, just spending hours making new outfits is fun enough. I'm essentially reliving the Chao Garden days because all I'm doing is grinding the base game just to spend more time in the side content. I wish the actual gameplay for the characters themselves was decent enough to make it worth it. The wispons are just horribly balanced with some being clearly superior to others or incredibly situational. I wish you could customize the wispons themselves to give them specific attributes instead of the pre-set ones you unlocked. They missed an opportunity to use the wispons as a playground for character abilities like Tails' flight or Knuckles' glide. Cube would have been excellent if it recreated Amy's hammer gameplay, but I guess that would require some thought put into it. That's pretty fucking cute dude. I like the blue one the best.
Our female hedgehogs are pretty similar, Rikoh. I like the glasses on yours. I posted this in the main thread, but I'll drop it here where it belongs. I ended up filling all the slots with either gender of each animal, and a second male hedgehog. Story was played with the blue bird. Actually half of them have probably already been changed since I made the graphic. Oh well. And most of them have headsets because how else are you gonna communicate with your team while running full tilt through a level with a Wispon in hand? I really enjoy messing around in the creator, and the Avatar's gameplay isn't bad, but I wish there was a way to air boost for those jumps you don't get quite enough momentum to clear.
Honestly I think most of the characters look awful - especially in cutscenes. They look like zombies half the time. It seems to me like they start looking better as you unlock more stuff to out in them though. It would probably have appealed to me as a kid though. Edit: Your OCs are cute though guys.
They at least emote and make sounds compared to.. whatever the hell the Dragon Ball Xenoverse OCs do half the time outside of scowls and making no sounds in cutscenes.

Probably because letsplayers keep picking the deadpan-eye variants for comedy purpose. The ones that don't have dead eyes look alright.

These are my OCs. They all have names: Mirage the Hedgehog (a rebellious renegade): Scarlet the Cat (a mercenary for hire, also a crime fighter): Zandu the Bear (an escaped criminal who is borderline insane, but for the time being has the same goal as the heroes): Luna the Lopine (a magical girl): Enigma the Bandit (self explanatory, also he's a wolf in game but lol I don't like wolves): Yen the Keaton (A trickster and a gambler, also it's a dog in game but I don't like dogs so lol): Skye the Bird (She's actually a military jet pilot and CQC fighter. If you wanted to know which specific bird, she's a blue jay- you can tell she's one of my faves since I gave her three outfits): (alt 1, alt 2) I decided all my OCs are on the same team, Team Phantom- they want to get the Phantom Ruby for themselves and use its powers for their own goals. There are a few OCs I may post in the future but for now, I think this is enough. lol
Spoiler Tried to recreate my first named character from years ago, Typhoon the Hedgehog. No ponytail and some equipment was missing for him until like, way later, buuuut, I think he turned out a'ight overall. I'mma make a collection of the characters I made since some time in the near-future.

I had a go at replicating existing Sonic characters. Some turned out better than others: Spoiler Bean, Fockewulf, Mach and Jet. Spoiler Sonic the Comic. Spoiler Bunnie Rabbot. Spoiler Ben Muttski. Spoiler Nicky (Sonic manga). And a few "original" characters: Spoiler I like the poodle best. (I don't think she's on Sonic's side.)
Metamorphia and tartan skirt era Amy. Metamorphia turned out a lot better than I expected, Amy less so.
