Not a bad studio to buy seeing how all of their games have been well received and sold well. Makes sense for Sega Europe to do this as they have mainly become a publisher of PC strategy games more than anything.
I see that Sega's near legendary status as a PC publisher continues. Their portfolio of games for PC is stellar so far and this sounds like a wise purchase. It also dispels the notion that Sega is broke. They have the cash to outright buy studios. They're not short of money. Good purchase IMO. It's pleasing to see Sega making strides and doing well.
