Sega Genesis Cordless Elite Found on eBay, no info about it on SegaRetro.

So while looking around on eBay today, I stumbled across This auction for something called the "Cordless Elite" for Sega Genesis, which is essentially just a wireless controller for the system. Only problem was that this was never released, and only this mockup exists for it. That and this magazine scan for it:

Though it did turn-up in a reduced form - the Remote Control System

Someone should write up a wiki article anyway and include the ebay photo. Make sure to mention that a similar product was actually released eventually.

I think it should be clearly spelled out here that the controller in the Ebay listing is a mock-up prototype and doesn't actually work. Just in case someone blows some mad stacks thinking otherwise.

Yeah not really, also the 3 buttons can be a bit limiting for a lot of games.
