http://blogs.sega.com/usa/2011/03/22/sega-...ns-for-charity/ Seems like SEGA's auctioning off some cool rare SEGA stuff as a relief fund for Japan!
Fuck, I laughed. Even if I'm not particularly interested in those items, it's nice to see them doing this kind of stuff.
Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha, the Sonic Classic Collection is currently bidding at $102.50 - more than the Yakuza shirts and promo/kiosk artworks. Somebody must really love some Ken Balough. Looks like this will rake in a lot of cash. Good to know it's going to a good cause.
Valkyria signed. Outrun poster signed Sonic lanyard Valkyria poster I loled at the classic collection too. :v:
Man. I'd like the Valkyria game, regardless of not having a PS3 yet. The kiosk art for Colors also looks great. Hmm ...
Man, I tried to bid on a couple of this stuff but I don't know much about eBay and bidding on things makes me become out-bidded. I imagine theres some sort of bot doing the work for them... The only one that let me bid for was the Yakuza Fan but that was when there was 2 bids and now it's at 15 at $30+...
Wow. A couple of people got into a bidding war and are bidding nearly 600 dollars for that piece of cardboard with a printed on promotional image of Valkyria Chronicles.
There is some neat stuff there, but prices are getting too high, and I don't have an eBay account anyway. Too bad, I'd love to get that Outrun poster.
That story is awesome! That guy was such a whiny jerk, complaining about a free clock he won. I'm glad there was a happy and interesting end to that. EDIT: Lol I am currently the high bidder for the Ryo Hazuki forklift at 202.50, but I doubt I'll win it at that price. Guess I'll be helping by boosting its value a little, since it was previously at 170.00.
Some real jizzworthy stuff in there. Good on SEGA for helping out. Good luck to all the bidders. I am so very jealous. Dreamcast hoodie.... *drool*
Is that sonic clock worth it? http://cgi.ebay.com/Play-Japan-Epic-Sonicl...d-/160563557727 I really wouldn't want that guy in the 12:00 position and would see if I could remove him if I bid and won it. This is the only one that interests me besides the signed copy of valkyria
You would DARE mess with the clock that has gone through several hands already and have been kept intact by said hands!? :0
OMG. Can you imagine what would happen if whoever won the big broke the clock, I can see someone taking a hammer to it on youtube, then sending it back to SEGA? I don't even want to think about the reaction that would get.
