One week ago nineko gave me his SKC tool sources and since then I was working on this small, but powerful tool.

To use this tool you just need the S&K PC Collection (and in rare cases a VB6 runtime DLL). Nothing more.
No midi1to0, (de-)compressor or Resource Hacker. It's all built in.
And best of all: It makes it very easy to import looped MIDIs. You only need to set the loop markers correctly, the tool does the rest for you. (I.e. no Hex-Editing needed)
(I must admit that I could've uploaded the tool last week, because it was basically finished, but I delayed it because of the extra import features.)

I wish mp3 or ogg could be ported to S3&K PC using this I've got plenty of high quality remixes I'd like to hear in my S3&K.

Nice tool. It would be more helpful for those who want loops to be dump inside the MIDI itself for recording via a FM Synthesizer emulator (one I got is DOS-based and what's posted by another member here) that has such a font. Doesn't seem to like the syx data or knows it's there.

Edit: The loops are there, my bad. Apperently seeking in the application I was using disabled the looping commands. Sorry about the misinformation, which makes this tool even better than I thought it was.

Updated the tool to version 1.1. (see first post)

This update fixes tons of bugs I discovered while making the SKC RPG hack and there're some new features.
Also SKC should new accept every DLL made with this tool.
