Music Porter v0.8 released! (now as zip) Port music from S2Beta to S2Final easily

Download rar or zip.
Tell me what you think and also if there are any bugs. Make sure you run the "RunMe.bat" file in the archive. Also both Sonic2 beta and Sonic2 Final must be in *.bin format.
I couldn't have made it without the kind help of everyone, thanks!

Once you port the music across you can edit music in Sonic 2 with Sonic QX, a music tool written by Saxman. You can snag it at my utilities page.

EDIT: Added zip file version
