Apologies for the double post but I thought it was worth noting that I really hope the positive feedback and popularity of the video has encouraged you to continue Hez. This game needs to be finished and released. It's too unbelievably fantastic looking and promising to be halted. Hope you decide to continue development.

Any chance we could get a status update on this Hez? Do you intend to finish the game or has it been abandoned? Would be great to see you more on Retro man! Also Classic 1 was fucking awesome and I was really looking forward to 2.

Looking forward to when this game eventually comes out. I love a lot of the experimenting that was done with the elemental shields, though a lot of your concepts are no longer visible in this thread because PhotoBucket went apeshit. :/
I've been working hard on getting level layouts completed. I'm going to do an overhaul on the engine after everything is more set in stone with layouts.

Small, spoiler free, update. So I FINALLY came to a final decision on the water levels graphics. For the life of me, I could not get this level to work right. It would either look TOO much like HCZ, or it just didn't feel right. What do you guys think? I MAY tweak the pallete a hair (Maybe change pink to gold), but all in all I'm happy. Just for reference, below is how many iterations this zone has gone through.
