This is absolutely brilliant Stealth, especially the bonus feature. I wasn't expecting that. :P

One tiny little bug I found with the animation, though, is when looking up, Knuckles' entire sprite shifts over one pixel. o.O;

Not really a bug, but Knuckles can climb the spinning circle things in SBZ.

EDIT: It's in the original, but still odd, since Knuckles can't go through it, why can Crabmeat?:

OMG YES. That bonus feature is an excellent touchg, but this project entirely is just amazing.

I don't mean to be demanding but dude.....you should port sonic 2's sonic into sonic 1 with super sonic! I don't even give a shit about the pallete issue it would just be sweet as fuck.

Hm, I don't remember seeing that on hardware, and I played through it twice...I'll check again.

Edit: Hmm...I just beat the game and it didn't do that. I know for a fact it didn't do it with all the emeralds, as I beat it both ways. I can see you're using Kega. That's extremely weird. If it doesn't do it on hardware, then the problem is in the emulator, and not the ROM, in 99% of cases.

Edit2: Shit! He's right! It's only one frame, and it appears right when Knuckles jumps. Talk about egg on my face... It only happens when you have 5 or less emeralds, however. If you get the good ending then this garbage does not appear, and I checked frame-by-frame.
