Does anyone know what happened to the online features of this site? http://sonic-adventure.com/world_rankings_current.html I wanted to upload some time attack data and maybe share some Chao Later on but it appears nginx is possibly causing issues for the site. I don't know if the mail address would directly get in contact with the owners of the site. I'll try messaging them anyway but I thought it would be importent to the scene if someone could make contact with them about this if it's not viable method of contacting them. The contact email address is [email protected] and even has one for sonicteam which is at the same domain. I'll be sending an email to them now. Any help appreciated as I'd love to see these features online again.... =/
Can't tell if you're joking. But if not, that's just a mirror of the SA1 site by a fan. I don't think the Dreamcast features were ever functional on it. You probably already know of the Dreampipe version of the site, which supports said features.
I heard about that one. My friend knows a guy who works there and he says the sequel's gonna have a black Sonic lookalike in it???? What's up with that?
A black Sonic? Get real people, that's obviously fake. You should know better than to trust rumors on the internet
Cool site man, I heard about dreampipe before but I never knew it got this far. Thanks for letting me know
Glad to be of assistance. They also restored the online features in other games. You'll have to register an account (for free, of course) in order to access them. You may want to take a look at this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EdTIe1uGUog
Yeah, that's not even the original URL of that site. The original URL was http://sonic.games.dreamcast.com/ and it was User Agent gated to only accept the in-game browser with "Mozilla / 3.0 (SonicKey)" as the UA otherwise it would redirect to dreamcast.com. It appears that someone took the backups that I made in 2001 / 2003 and registered a domain name for them and are hosting them there. http://www.sappharad.com/junk/sa1site.zip http://www.sappharad.com/junk/sa1site2003.zip Those aren't even the originals, as they had been modified to work on a PC since the original sites pointed to images directly on the game disc to reduce web page load times.
