Is it just me, Or isn't soniques av breaking a rule?

6) NO PORN IN AVATAR OR SIG. Porn is allowed in posts when used along with the "18+" post icon.

and in her av, it shows boobs.

True that, it is kinda borderline...

Let Simon deal with it, let's not worry about it.

Oh, and Simon, the False Alarms page about the sprites has the title (<title> tag) of "Sonic Does Not Loose His Rings Twice"...you may wanna fix that.

Wait a sec. just because those 'lost sprites and tiles' are from another game doesn't mean there wasn't a dust hill zone! <_<
The designer of dust hill said it had existed but cut out (duh). Just because some tiles were from another game doesn't mean that dust hill didn't exist, just that SEGA was making two games at once and they kinda overlaped each other. Perhaps somebody should ask SEGA about this.

I'm not female, but if I was I would be disturbed by that avatar. But really I'm male so I'm not, I just think it's pointless.

So that's where those ugly tiles came from. Well, no Dust Hill for us, except Mystic Cave

I won't believe that report for a very good reason. The images are similar, but not exact, there for his idea is incorrect.

Nemesis said he ran a search for the data and found it, not that he looked through all his games and found something similar. I'm pretty sure it's the same data, and that what we thought might have been DHZ is from another game.

But, here's an idea - acquire as many protos for other games as you can. Since we found this in S2proto, and there was that Ninja Turtles shit on the end of that Crackers overdump, I'd bet that there are some Sonic leftovers somewhere in another proto ROM (where the dev cart was first used for Sonic 1 then at some later point used for another game).

Very true, but that would be a momentous task, the success rates are extremely slim and we would have even less chance of finding anything useful.

I've always though that the rock-splashing animation was too cartoony and a different style for a Sonic game.

I also thought that maybe the torch on the wall animation could have been used for a Marble Zone remake.

But I never thought that either of them were used for Dust Hill Zone. I never was too interested with Dust Hill Zone in the first place.

it might take time, and people willing to look through the found genesis protos, but it might prove succesful, even though the chances are slim. *SHOT*

though some ppl my not see the same as this but I think it makes sence

ok mabye there was ment to be a desert zone on paper while sonic team planed out the game but the idea was droped due to lack of intrest or time and so the fake screen shots where made for the press but no evedence of it as it wasn't ment to be by the time the makeing of the beta came around and so we cant find anything about it except the fake screen shot and the woman who done the art for it and DHZ was just the 1st name for MCZ

That sucks. I really liked DHZ, a western zone was really cool (if it played the Wild Wild West movie theme, it would be the best level in all history of Sonic). At least we still have S2 Delta!

That's because the wrong pallet is applied, the pictures themselves match exactly.
