Stolez from a Youtube comment about Mike Pollock on the Bosses trailer:
Quote
He isn't anywhere near as good as Deem Bristow or Long John Baldry, and he makes Eggman sound too young. He makes Eggman sound like a man in his 50s when Eggman is in the 60s-early 70s range. Harry Shearer and Ian McShane would be much better choices for Eggman.
How old IS the dude? I never pictured him as elderly.
Eggman? In the games no official age was revealed, however he's suspected to have over 50, if he really knows his Grandfather.
In the Archie comics he have around 40 something.
He's 48 according to the comics. I think the oldest he could possibly be is early sixties in the games.
I think Mike Pollock is EASILY the best Robotnik Voice Actor. He can show more emotion than Ire. He provides for a more realistic personality for the Doctor. Also he's hilarious as shit.

Aaron Webber shows off full playthroughs of both classic and modern Sky Sanctuary and Seaside Hill. You're gonna have to skip ahead a little since the beginning is about Arkham City.
Both of the modern stages are amazing.
EDIT: Death Egg Robo's at the end as well.
I concur, I'm amazed at how much I liked the look of the modern stages. Modern GH, CP and CE didn't do it for me at all, and yet they somehow seem to have nailed these new levels.
Project:Throwing my support behind others' projects
13:40 The five mission icons are Sonic, a Motobug, Knuckles, a glove, and a monitor.
13:53 Check out classic Tails's idle! Also, it seems the game is helping you not sift through the entire hub world to find missions you haven't done. Handy.
14:35 Something I'd like to note; with Seaside Hill unlocked, Webber only has two emeralds? It's highly unlikely they're gotten automatically through the story.
14:42 Is Knuckles talking about the hub world or the actual level?
14:50 Look at that classic skid! Was that always there?
17:16 ...What the fuck? Where'd his rings fly off to?
20:30 That quote is going in my sig. Now.
21:43 Of course the sky level has to start out on a grind rail.
22:30 The conversation going on here helps us figure out when this was recorded, as Planet Wisp had apparently not been revealed yet.
24:22 Is it just glare from the sun, or are the Death Egg's eyes charging?
MODERN SKY SANCTUARY OPINION: Nailed it. Hooooly crap, this is looking to be the perfect blend of 3D and 2D, with good platforming segments in the 3D areas. Boost to win, my ass.
26:30 oh god someone help I can't breathe laughing so hard
27:46 So you have to hit a button to shoot out of the cannon? Apparently Classic Sonic is a Power-type character.
29:25 Well, if you were a fan of the rolling rock from Ocean Palace...
CLASSIC SEASIDE HILL OPINION: Looks like we found our true water level. Looks like Jungle Seaside Palacity Zone in appearance. Not a bad thing though.
31:30 THE RUINS IN THIS AREA MOVE... WHEN YOU WALK UP TO THEM!
32:39 Rainbow. Nice touch.
32:49 The springs remind me of a certain part of the original Seaside Hill.
33:10 That... That is an interesting gimmick.
33:37 Listen to what Webber says here. And THAT is why SASASR exists.
33:57 Three grind rails? But there's no team to take up all that space!
34:25 So now we finally know what the Red Rings are for.
MODERN SEASIDE HILL OPINION: Hohoho. Sure is Jungle Joyride meets Ocean Palace in here. Another hit for me.
38:20 Whoa, is that the Egg Carrier's monorail?
Well, there's my first real blow-by-blow. Anyone notice any superb details I missed?
I'm not sure if this was mentioned, but you have to collect three 'boss keys' hidden throughout certain levels in order to fight era bosses(hence the keyholes on the Death Egg Robot door).
I bet it has to do with Mission 3 of green hill(Knuckles collecting three keys....where have I seen that?). I've had this theory that the big red coin that appears after collecting all 5 red coins is somehow connected to the Chaos Emeralds or Boss Keys.
Either way, I'm curious to see just how much time this game will take to win. with 5 missions, 5 red coins, and S ranks for each level, you are looking at a good 100 emblems(if there are any at all) and collectables.

My favorite part of Modern Sky Sanctuary is probably that you get to go into the buildings. It looks pretty rad inside.
Bouncing off clouds in 3D looks like it might be a bitch though.
The inside shimmering/indigo blue color scheme definitely had shades of S3&Ks Hidden Palace...nice little nod methinks! REALLY impressed with SS Modern but even more so with Classic Seaside Hill...just brill.
Really taken aback by how glorious Modern Sky Sanctuary is... a lot more 3D platforming than I was expecting, some areas were also surprisingly open. Classic Seaside Hill was awesome as well, really digging the Hydrocity feel during the underwater sections.
