So, my router seems to be behaving oddly (running win 7 btw).
My downloads will eventually stop or pause. An example would be when downloading from any hosting site (mediafire, rapidshare, hotfile, etc), the download is fine and comes in at normal speed, then 30 seconds to a minute later it stops unexpectedly. To resume the download I have to pause it manually and continue, though some sites automatically kill the d/l as soon as its paused. This issue of course affects patches for games and direct downloads.
Torrents are not affected, but utorrent is a suspect. I had the same problem in XP, and a friend of mine said the number of active ports might have been an issue. Though, even after exiting utorrent, the issue remains.
