Ups... my bad... thanks for correcting ...at least it's possible to download a pdf with the info... which is also great...we can use this info as reference...
https://store.steampowered.com/sale/sonic Steam's having a Sonic sale now until Friday. You can get 66% of Forces if you want it. This struck me as kind of odd though What the hell is Sonic Colors art doing there (Sonic Colors DS art nonetheless)? If it's a sign then great, I'd be totally happy with a Colors port.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FROJ4LBYIfI Double post because different subject. Apparently the Brazillian version of SADX PC 2004 has a translation error on the back stating that Sonic has different costumes to wear.
I wonder if all that copyright stuff is the reason why the sequel to Sonic Blast Man is just called "Real Puncher"...
Jeez. It was a recent game too. If that doesn't say something about the quality/sales of the game, I dunno what does. EDIT: Eh, actually considering the other games are on sale too, I should probably retract that statement.
It has the same discount as 3-year-old Lost World, which coincidentally makes it cost just 0.40 less than Sonic Mania... so I'd say that it does say something about the quality/sales of the game.
Sega removed posts from Facebook and Twitter with that Colors quadrant, so either it's an honest boo-boo on the social media team's end, or Sega has some porting plans. I'm betting on the former.
I also just find it funny that all those games are the notable "good" ones. And of course that means Forces is nowhere to be found. Yea I think they know it's a dud.

I wish they'd change Sonic 4's description in the Steam store. "The sequel fans have waited 16 years for is finally here". Really, SEGA? Still? :v:
An accidental find: https://segaretro.org/index.php?title=File%3ABeepMD_JP_1992-11.pdf&page=24 I posted the proper coverage of Sonic 2 in this issue of Beep! MegaDrive a few months ago, but I didn't spot this on the contents page. Can you see it? oops
Summer CES 1992. https://retrocdn.net/index.php?title=File%3AMdfan_JP_1992-08.pdf&page=83 Why hello there, Sonic 2 Nick Arcade prototype, I thought you weren't playable!
This is not really anything official, especially since he wasn't directly involved, but Game Informer interviewed Tetsuya Mizuguchi about Tetris Effect this week. During the end of the interview they were talking about Space Channel 5 and how Michael Jackson asked to be in the game and Miz told the story about that. A follow up question asked him if he knew whether or not Michael Jackson was involved in Sonic 3: https://youtu.be/IqUz0j9XXGI?t=2h25m8s The answer: "I think so" (but he clarifies that he doesn't know much about that project) Just mentioning it here so it's noted.
How strange! I've never played the PC version, so I didn't know about this. Can anyone verify this and upload the clip?
https://streamable.com/6d37u Recorded from the PC version of Sonic Generations just now - Classic Tails says Eggman with Japanese voices, so...that's not correct.
Somewhere in this topic I mentioned that the screenshots on the back of the PC Sonic CD box have wacky palette issues. Of the sort that shouldn't be displayed on a retail box. Did some accidental digging: https://web.archive.org/web/19980223110003/http://www.sega.com:80/spotlight/features/soniccd/ The technical term is "a proper mess". I was looking for signs of unreleased games. I found one yesterday (p.s. the Game Boy version is awful), but instead I found something else which I'm not sure has been entirely documented: https://web.archive.org/web/19980223101836/http://www.sega.com:80/spotlight/features/allsonic/biography/
