You're wrong. The third screenshot is Sonic Head On. Head On is a game released in 1979 by a number of different publishers, SEGA being one of them. It looks like this: It seems as though the screenshots and game list are in the same order, so Sonic Logic would be the golf game. EDIT: Of course, I ignored the possibility that it has nothing to do with Sonic at all, especially when SEGA were making a golf game at the time too.

Yeah Head On was also basically ported and released for the Atari 2600 under the name Dodge 'Em. The Sears branded release of the same rom was instead named Dodger Cars. It is pretty difficult to complete a level because the dots reset every time you crash and you have to get all the dots to get to the next level. A bonus stage in Donkey Kong 64 is also modeled after this game.
