Not enough new to make me give a crap about playing. >boot up >wanting 75 red rings for a piece of trash like Cream Nah, son. Nah.
Someone here port that to Generations ASAP and give it the derp eyes! Also, what does it look like when its doing its tricks?
Pac-Man joins Sonic in Sonic Dash via ResetERA For the five-year anniversary apparently. Talk about resurrecting an old (but still presumably wildly successful) game - and also resurrecting our old thread too. Thought Sega would have moved on to Sonic Dash 2 by now but guessing that was no way near as successful as the original. Cool I guess?
...okay. I wish I could care about this game but since they decided to reset my characters and money a few years ago I decided I couldn't be bothered.
This reminds me of how Sega came agonisingly close to merging with Namco prior to the Sammy takeover which would have created an monolithic arcade powerhouse. God I wish that had happened.
I do really like how they've gone back to the Japanese Classic art style for Pac-Man with himself and the ghosts, I always liked those designs. No idea who that boss is, however.
I imagine the boss was from the more recent pac-man era, but seeing as how it was a failure all other elements reverted to their original form. Similar as to how Sticks is included in modern Sonic's cast every now and then
I dunno, I don't recognize Bash from any Pac-Man game I've ever seen. Can't seem to find anything on him aside from people reporting on this game, so I have to assume they created him specifically for Dash. Side note, they're totally using Pac-Man's official render from Smash 4 as his in-game art.
New update, now featuring Big the Cat. You can buy him separately with real money, but there'll supposedly be an event to unlock him for free like past characters.
For some reason I was convinced that this was some sort of joke bump for shits and giggles, but nope they actually added Big to the game. I thought this game was dead to be honest, does anybody still play it here?
