I actually didn't know whether this would be considered part of "General SEGA Discussion", considering its part of SEGA "General Gaming", as it's related o video game merch, or "General": feel free to correct if I'm wrong.
When the store (shop.atlus.com) went online in October with the SEGA online store, I went and bought something from the store day 1. Been about 6 months, and its been dead silent on my end. no changes, been stuck on "Pre Order" and on "Preparing Order." When contacting support, I ended up getting a same generic response in my emails on how "its outside of their range of help" and nothing else.
It's something I haven't seen talked about at all, or if im the only one experiencing this. Has anyone else had a similar issue with the Atlus Online Store? And is it something exclusive to the Atlus store and does the SEGA online store have the same issue?
