This morning, I was playing SADX, using an alternate save file for the game. I got up to 98 Emblems, then when I went to play the game again later, something weird happened witht he save file. You may think this sounds like a bunch of rubbish, but I had 136 Emblems! Yeah, you read right, 136. Then when I tried selecting it, it says that the file is corrupt and has to be deleted. And or course, I actually had to delete the thing, and start all over. I still don't know exactly how this happened, when there is normally 130 Emblems in the game. Has anyone else had this happen to them? If so, then can someone tell me the story behind this?

No, I've never pulled that glitch of before. I've tried multiple times, but they just never work! ARGH.

I'm assuming the game has some kind of hacking guard that claims the file is corrrupted at the slightest thing. Did your game save alright when you last turned it off? Where did you turn it off at? And most importantly, are you sure that you didn't turn it off while it was saving?

You had to erase it??? That sucks. All the progress you made in it, down the shitter.

There's probly a glitch in the saving system that rarely comes up that causes that.

It would be neat if he had one of those USB memory cards (has a USB port to copy saves to the PC for archiving and distributing). Then we could look at what went wrong on the file. That is, unless the memory card failed. on that spot. It would suck if it were a random misread and could have been nothing.

USB memory cards? Could you use that to edit the saves?

Yes :D. Although I haven't seen one of these things outside of pictures. You can find it on www.lik-sang.com but I hear they scam you or charge you 10 times what the cost on the site says.

Do as much snooping around on it as you can. For example, they have a camera for the GBA and in the FAQ, someone asks how many colors the pics can have and they say 640x480. I think they dodge the important questions, so be sure to ask them if you have any.

Yea, that's why I think it needs alot of background checking and research.
