I was curious if Sonic Rush's soundtrack was on Spotify and found that a lot of the OSTs showed up on Canadian Spotify recently. I'm pretty sure these are global. Sonic 1&2 and Sega All Stars Racing's OSTs are sadly missing. I already have a Knuckles playlist. :v: I was really surprised at the lack of Unleashed and World Adventure. It disappointed me. EDIT: Updated with the Sonic R soundtrack, found it by searching for Richard Jacques.
I couldn't find anything, I even searched for stage names, and track names from Planetary Pieces, it definitely isn't there. I did find two Crush 40 releases that showed up recently too though. I have a strong feeling that I'm not going to find anything else. I've been going through V.A., Sega, Crush 40, Dreams Come True and composer names and I'm pretty sure that this is the final list.
Glad this is out there, that's for sure. A new generation of fans and existing fans should now have even better access to fuller versions of these songs. Looks like they got rid of the crossfade thing that "Digi-Log Conversation" had going on (which would be a very big issue on any digital distribution or streaming platform to keep if one person only buys or listens to a few tracks) but is otherwise the same soundtrack with minor differences in track layout. Mastering job sounds a little different. I own a lot of the original CDs here, but had to take a look at ones that looked a little different.
Wow, it's a bad idea to listen to Sonic 4's OST, I forgot how bad that was, but when it's surrounded by everything else, ...it's terrible.
Added the second Secret Rings volume, wouldn't show up by a search (and it still won't) but found it through SEGA / Kenichi Tokoi. I also found the Sonic Runners soundtrack through SEGA / Tomoya Ohtani and added it to the list. It wouldn't show up through search either. Is this new? I worked at Starbucks in 2014, and would have loved a free Spotify Premium account back then. Considering that I pay for it now.
It happened sometime over the last six months or so. After the new year rolled over they updated a lot of their policies: more relaxed dress code (tattoos don't have to be covered, shirts don't have to be tucked in, black jeans are acceptable), a free pastry/sandwich per shift, etc. There's even a way to check schedules online now. The Spotify thing was pretty much icing on the cake.
Weird that the Crush 40 "singles" you have listed there are all technically from their Rise Again EP. They aren't technically singles. GG Spotify. :v: The only official soundtrack that I can think of that's missing off of that list besides Unleashed/World Adventure is Sonic Rush Adventure.

Huh, I actually thought of two more. Try looking up "True Blue - The Best of Sonic the Hedgehog" and "True Colors - The Best of Sonic the Hedgehog Part 2".
I imagine for Rush Adventure and Unleashed, they need to get licensing approval to put those up because of the vocal tracks. For 1&2, that goes back to Masato Nakamura. No clue about the last one. Also, I notice that the Shadow OST is still missing a number of tracks, unless this is a gimped release. (Read: no Lava Shelter. Seriously? Leaving out the best track?)
Does Heroes soundtrack have all the vocal tracks? I have a soft spot for follow me... thing is so catchy!
