The TPL dumper effectively only dumps the first pallete line, as Tile Layer Pro can only read the first 16 colour entries. Each pallete line should be dumped in a separate TPL file.

What about the little arrows? I seem to remember they worked...

I don't know about your TLP, but mine can view 12/16(?) different pallettes in a single TPL file.

Bug: When you click "Show Sprites Screen" when it has a checkmark, when you go back to enable it, it says "Show Scroll B Screen" =P

Plus, can you possibly set the layer disabling to shortcut keys? It would be easier =P

Did I not mention that in the file? The layers/shadowhighlight can be enabled and disables with F9,F10,F11, and F12.

Um, I think this is the right topic to ask this... If you use the "Dump VRAM" option, is that in some format that TLP can read? When I tried that (and yes, I also opened a palette dumped with "Dump TLP-Format Palette") everything appeared in the wrong colors (I could tell that the stuff seemed to be right, since the numbers were legible). Also, it wasn't a Sonic ROM, does that make any difference?

After you dumped the palette and the VRAM, did you select the palette in the palette selector? Dumping the TLP palette will actually dump about 4 or 5 different palettes for the VRAM, and you have to select the right one for each of the sections of art from the VRAM.

I tried all the palettes, but whatever one I used everything but the numbers looked like garbage.

*bump* Is fuzzbuzz still around? Oh well...

Wondering - are there any plans for adding an actual debugger? You know, a trace, backstepper, analyzer, etc. That would be awesome.

Yea. lol Plans. Finding time is what I was having difficulty with. But I've found some, and I'm tooling around with some old projects. ;)

However, the 68K engine that GENS uses isn't exactly the best, so I have to hack it so I can get an accurate reading of the Program Counter each time.

Then I can get an actual debugger going through.

But I'd also like to change the view of disassembly.

    Plans plans plans...

Where can I get the source? I have plenty of free time. I don't know much C, but I have some experience with C++, which is close enough...
