Hi. I've written GDPR policies and enforcement for several major online platforms, so I am painfully familiar with EU law. I guess I get to write policy here too because someone just had to email me.
All Retro properties are automatically GDPR compliant because we do not track you on any individual level nor do we collect any personal information. Seriously. The only tracking we do is in aggregate and I'm not selling anything to anyone.
Getting requests for the right to be forgotten will likely result in an eyeroll. We honor requests for removal when they affect your real life (such as exposing name, gender, or other personal information) but if you don't have a reason on that level, we don't care.
