http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S5uC0ymZK3s In The Adventures of Quik & Silva, developed by Factor 5 under the pseudonym New Bits on the Ram. It was released with issue #5 of Amiga Fun on May 10th, 1991. The game has lots of copyrighted game characters as enemies, including Sonic.
I'm pretty sure I "ripped" the sprites from this once. Or something. It was a long time ago and I've since lost whatever work I did. I've seen it before, but didn't know much about its history.
