Hey yall, Just wondering if anyone has, or knows, where I can find the best quality image of that below. I'm sure higher resolution images exist somewhere, as I recall seeing them in the-long-long-ago. Preferably without artifacts... Thanks for any assistance!
Was that ever more than just the mockup cover for Sonic X-treme that showed up in some sales catalogues? If we ever got a high res copy of that, I'm guessing it came from Chris Senn.
Huh. I definitely made that the startup image on my mom's computer circa 1997. The shutdown message was different as well. Sonic doing his idle animation, and saying something like, "Yo, you can turn off the PC now!"
I intent to get it made into a big shaggy woven blanket. That will be very “fresh” and “fly”... Perhaps this resolution would actually work, considering it's going to be all shaggy it may have a gaussian effect..? Somebody has to have this picture somewhere, it's iconic to me. Today it's vaporwave-chic, I adore it.
