Sega (of Japan) Celebrates Sonic's Anniversary The Right Way

With papercraft! I'm pretty sure your first anniversary is traditionally meant to be commemorated with paper and that, after a bit of Googling, year fifteen is remembered with crystal. Sega is bucking tradition with this Greenhill Zone papercraft, yours free for the downloading.

So, warm up your employers color printer and get to slacking with this weekend's project of projects, recreating the first level of the first Sonic The Hedgehog in paper and glue form. I guarantee you'll be regretting this on your deathbed should you choose not to partake in some papercrafting.

Sending us pics of your completed level is definitely encouraged. Michael McWhertor

Sounds interesting though I am not that creative with paper but with Metal and Wood and Aluminum :P.

I'm going to give it a shot once I get some new ink cartridges in my printer. :P

My damn printer always distorts colors, leaves disgusting looking ink lines, there are always bubbles of super-concentrated color... I don't think GHZ would be called for, however, another level. =P A bland one.

If only my Sonic action figure wasn't 11 inches tall, he'd fit perfectly, and it'd look like the SA2 version of GHZ. =P

Argh, this is way to fucking difficult to try by hand, as my printer is incapable of the GHZ designs. Plus, that palm tree. How do you fold something so damn skinny? =P

You know you've played too much Diablo 2 when you read SoJ as Stone of Jordan.

Anyway, very sexy paper cutout. I wish I had the skills to make one of those.
