There you go. :)

I'm gonna take a look at the AFS file. Obviously since this came out a couple months before the American release, this might have some unfinished/alternate recordings.

Incase anyone wants to explore the AFS file, AFSExplorer doesn't display the adxs inside the afs file correctly, but you can still play each sound. I'm already hearing a few I can't identify. Does anyone remember when this male announcer says "Passengers are requested to wait onboard the train"? I could go on and on, but most of these might even be in the final and I just haven't seen it mentioned.

I think I've heard it before, not sure though. Also not sure if it was meant to be a female voice rather than a male one >_< *sigh*

It may not be used in the final, but the file is there. Back in 2003 I went and typed out the dialog for every single audio clip inside the AFS from the final, and that one is in there.

The file's in the final SA1 also, but I never opened it.

File is moguratataki.prs.

Interesting textures. They aren't used correct? I never seen them before. It looks like eggrobo.

Judging by the filename, it means something like "wack moles" or something like that. So put this together with Hedgehog Hammer in mind, and you get Eggman's wackamole like model for the minigame.

Indeed, "mogura" means "mole" and "tatak[a]I" is "battle". "Mole Battle".

I think they might be used in Hedgehog hammer. The Eggman there comes out of the hole like moles do.

Yes, that probably is what it is, Seeing as there's a blue one with skin color, and a yellow one with skin color.

Sorry for bumping this topic, but I wanted to repost this video/topic from CulT:

So yeah, it looks like someone beat us to getting the debug crap out of the Trial build. :P

It should be interesting if we try this on the Preview/Final builds. I forgot all about Cheat Engine, since I used to use it 24/7 with some of my PC games. I'm going to go check things out, hopefully Jimmy will do the same too. :words:

Watching that vid made me realize how much better Sonic's shoes are than those awful soap shoes. Why did they make that change again?

What I also hate about the soaps is the way Sonic's legs emerge from them. The shoe will be pretty much level with the ground, ankle covering part and all, but Sonic's legg will be at like a 45 degree angle.
Plus, they're ugly.
However, they're kind of a good summery of Sonic Adventure 2 as a whole (not what I was looking for, and nothing special on it's own).

The soap shoes were the only good thing in Sonics redesign.
