18 April 2017 - 08:50 PMI must say, that looks amazing. Palette really pops out, and the tile pattern gives it a real magical forest feel, which helps it live up to its name.

Made me sad when I learned he passed away. He was a good friend of mine back at MFZ.
Wow, that's smooth. I really like the 3D feel it has.
18 March 2017 - 10:13 PMYeah, that effect for FBZ's interior background does remind me of the effect used in Jazz Jackrabbit 2. Where the sky BG is 3D behind the parallax layers.
And speaking of Jazz Jackrabbit. I noticed the icons on the monitors have an animated gradient border. The first Jazz game's monitors had that effect.
04 March 2017 - 06:10 PMThat is one gorgeous looking tileset. The palette perfectly stands out, and I'm loving some of the eyecandy. Like the echidna statue.
And it's nice to avert having the traditional Green Hill Zone clone as the first level once in a while.
