Both yes and no. It's base is made by Damizean(awesome guy), but the actions is added by me. I'm aiming for a pretty close clone of Sonic the Hedgehog 3 & knuckles. So far, it's going great.

Oh hey ZFG, I'm ojdon from SFGHQ. =P

Even though, I think I've seen that screenshot before, I think it does look really awesome, but just make sure the grass in the foreground doesn't clash too much with the colours in the background.

I like the level art, but the way you drew the grass on the slope is strange.

It kinda looks like you just moved the flat grass art up one pixel width at a time to get the slope grass art, so it looks kinda distorted. I used to do this all the time.

Still it's looking good so far, though the way you did the shading under the grass looks a little out of place to me. (everything else on the shot looks like it's using a limited palette.)

There's some hard vertical lines on the mountains' shading that looks a little unnatural, too.

You may not understand why having Tails stand where he's standing is such a big deal, but I do.

Does he follow, or is he an NPC?

If he's an NPC, mind explaining what he does?

He follows you. Or he will, anyway. Basically, I was unhappy with the way TFH handled its partner AI so I tore it out and I'm rebuilding it from the ground up. Getting the partner AI to stand on certain (usually non-solid) objects is something I've had problems with in the past because of how Multimedia Fusion handles collisions with object groups and stuff.

Got bored of re-writing partner AI, decided to take a stab at re-doing Amy's shop menu. For reference, this is what it used to look like.

In the new one, the small window will expand a bit, but not to anything crazy like that.
