I'm working a little faster than expected. Can I say "might" for S2 Long Version and its next major update? After all, a pre-release could be enough to win something.

ShadowFire, redhotsonic and StephenUK, you are doing a great job so far, and you showed improvements. Good luck.

Thanks SHB. My hack will be a last minute entry so I can get as much done as possible. Hopefully at least half of my levels will be playable and most of my level art will be finished. I might have even added Shadow by then :D

Your palettes are better looking then RHS, Shadow Fire. No offense to Stephan but I really do think so.

You think so? It's true though... the Wood Zone palette does belong to Stephen. It's only because he used a new scheme... Frozen Forest... that I was allowed to use it.

Tweaker said:

Indeed. ShadowFire showed a lot of improvement over time, and should be commended. His levels have a nice feel to them, I like it.

Heh... thanks heaps. I learnt a lot from people such as JohnnyUK, Ultima, OrdosAlpha, Kojichao, and others...

StephenUK said:

Like I said, I only did 5. And Shadow Fire's Wood Zone palette (my original wood zone palette). I'll try and get your level art ready for the contest SF

No problemo, Stephen. Thanks for the help!

Thanks a bunch SHB. In fact, I'd like to talk to you about the level select screen you did for S2LV. I wish I could do something similar. Good luck to you too.

[The music hack category] will be called the Piano Trophy unless it is decided otherwise

I know this is a bit old, but I think you should call it the Music Plant Zone Trophy, or at least the Sound Test Trophy

Yeah, that's better... "piano" has NOTHING to do with Sonic.

Sound Test Trophy is a great name for it.

Speaking of Dreams Come True, I'll be having some of their songs in my hacks in mp3 format. I'll be having the S2 ending theme as the original "sweet sweet sweet" that it was based off.

I think it should be called the Music Plant Trophy.

Mustapha and Samantha are in charge, like last year. The contest is running, just that people have another 2 months before entries can be made.

Can you enter the BETA version of a hack, or can you only enter the final version?

You can enter any version of a hack. My hack last year was beta-ish and it won something, so I think you can.
