Still very much active! Just doing a lot of the more non-interesting stuff code-wise at the moment. I'll show more when I can.

All these updates Sonic 1 stages look gorgeous. I'm also impressed that I can still make out "The Hedgehog" despite the font being 2 pixels tall.

Echoing Hez here in that your work looks beyond excellent and so good it's like the real official thing. Everything about this is so high-quality and professional and that speaks volumes to your level of skill and talent which is off the charts. One of the most exciting projects Retro has ever seen. I was so happy when you got the frontpage spotlight. Keep going dude. This looks fucking wonderful!

The block against the wall "fix/mechanic/improvement" is insane. I can't believe I never had thought of such an easy design tweak to the typical push mechanic!

Yeah, that object recovery was genius...and so glaringly obvious that I'm surprised it hasn't been done before. Fantastic work.

You're making good progress with Sonic Studio (aka Sonic Maker) and once it's in its release version, I can try it to see how everything is structured and contains some annoying bugs. :D

I don't know if you already answered it(sorry if you did), but will you be able to share your levels online, like in Mega Maker (and Mario Maker)?

Thanks!

@SuperSnoopy I can't say much on that end right now, basically mostly anything I can't show I can't confirm.

Couple new vids showing more pushblock features.
