For those who don't know about this screen (And I don't blame you if you don't), this intro was custom made for mature-rated games for the Saturn (and supposedly the Mega-CD as well) in the North American region to"warn" players about adult content.

What I wan't to know is what other games used this intro. So far, the only games I know that use it are Duke Nukem 3D and Eternal Champions: Challenge From the Dark Side.

I think EU versions don't have such intro, my Duke definitely does not.

It's very cryptic. "Deep Water?"

It's the name for the custom game rating by SoA, and (I could be wrong about this) the divison of SEGA that developed M and Adult Only games at the time.

could also be a refrence to Jaws, but meh :P

I don't think there are more than two.

Sega are big fans of self-regulation - they still slap little logos on games they deem too "violent" in Japan, despite the CERO rating system covering it
