I'm surprised, and inexplicably happy about this. Now we know exactly what could Pawsibly go wrong. Bubsy getting revived, but hey, looks better than bubsy 3d. So it's off to a good start.

Well I mean that's like saying Forces is looking better than Sonic 06. Like yea, it's true, but you can't get much lower than what it's being compared too.

I await the "Create-A-Character: Bubsy T-Shirt" DLC.

Wasn't the main problem with the original Bubsy games generally that the camera was too zoomed in, so you couldn't see what was coming up and get hit unfairly while only having 1 HP? The trailer looks as though they're pulling the camera back a fair amount, so as long as it's not a Bubsy 3D repeat, I don't see what the big deal was. I played one of the Super NES games when I was a kid, I don't remember them being THAT bad.

The one-liners remind me of Gex.

The main problem with the original games was almost everything. The controls and physics were wonky, the level design was stupid, there is fall damage which is entirely inappropriate for this type of game, the collision detection is sloppy, the main character is annoying... Even with a zoomed out screen, it wouldn't be good.

Not directly Sonic social media, but I found this sports satire article quite hilarious.

Never mind.

It's late, and I didn't see the date of the video in question.

Carry on.
