Nintendolife has surprisingly given a review of the Sega Forever pushed Saturn Bluetooth controller which as a reminder is locked to the Android side of Sega Forever. I got mine in. The piece holding in the screw on the battery compartment broke IMMEDIATELY, resulting in something rattling around in the controller. The controller is bigger, bulkier, heavier, and not nearly as comfortable as the original Saturn pad. The shoulder buttons especially don't feel genuine at all, being very mushy where the original pad's were clicky and responsive. The d-pad is much, MUCH stiffer, and you have to press really hard on LEFT to get it to register. The design on the telescopic piece that holds your phone seems pretty nice, and I do like that it rotates and can be angled, but everything else is a massive disappointment, especially considering the price. It's sad that Sega would sign off on something like this. I'll obviously be returning it, and I recommend everyone interested wait on Retro-Bit, who at the very least couldn't possibly come up with something worse.
I got mine in, but I will be keeping it because it does exactly what it wasn't advertised to do as I expected: It can be used as a PC Bluetooth Controller. I have been using it to play Sonic the Fighters pretty well. That said, this is pretty much garbage, and playing with a giant brick in your hands. The above article mentions Sonic wouldn't move directions they pressed, this I can confirm is not due to the Sega Forever title, but the absolute force needed to use the D-Pad on the controller. The controller was designed and made by UK kick-nack maker Paladone.
