Hi guys, I have a quick question related to VPN. I'm hoping a more tech-savvy person can give some sound advice. I have a friend who has Sophos SSL VPN on her laptop, installed by an IT guy in the company. BUT, after installing, she can no longer access the menu of WIFI connections, so she can't connect to my Wifi. I assume this is a driver or registry issue, but I'm not sure. I want to help her but I don't want to give any advice that may mess things up, especially since I can't be there to do anything directly atm.
Does this sound like something you've encountered before? It's a Windows 10 PC, and everything was ok before the installation.

Does it come back when the VPN client is exited from? Some VPN shit messes up Windows networking something rotten.

Beyond that, I'm not really sure - we use Draytek's own client at work because we use Draytek routers, which is about the only VPN client I've ever seen that doesn't chug enormous cocks. The gotcha of course is that it probably only works with Draytek routers.
