I disagree - newbies who get ideas above their station are treated as they ought. You have to earn the right to be as big a bitch as Stealth, because he fucking knows his shit.

[W]hen I see that someone is actively acquiring Beta materials and putting in a lot of time at financial and legal liability, I'm overly defensive at making sure they don't have a reason at getting up and quitting.
