It's basically a savestate editor with a very simple interface; it's something I worked on a few months ago. The C# source is in SVN. Compiles with Visual Studio 2008 or C# 2008 Express.
It is, however, incomplete. I'll be updating it more in the future.
Given its incompleteness, I won't provide binaries just yet. But for those who can make binaries, feel free to post them if desired. Also, suggestions welcome. :P

Nice, I'm going to see if I can compile this with Mono, since I don't use Windows. It looks good, hopefully Mono'll work.

Cool! How about put things like 'jump higher/lower', '1/10/20/etc. rings and/or Emeralds to become Super (lol! I mean 0-6 Emeralds :p)'
That is, if this is going to be some kind of cheat device?

Why? I guess it's the game timer. Not sure if he actually means ms though, since one ms = 1/1000 s... seems a little too accurate to me.
Anyway, looks very handy, definitely gonna try it! Just don't like that it's C# (.NET) :P
