Sonic Crackers Voice Sample Where is it?

I have a copy of the Sonic Crackers voice sample (downloaded from Sonic Cult) but I've heard there is a version that is tidied up a bit. I personally think that the
soundclip says "We need to go, fast!", but I may be wrong, and have heard the cleaned up version sounds different.

It really gets me, this may sound stupid, but I heard that knuckles was gonna be in the game, and maybe this voice sample is for him? He might have been saying, Hey! Son-ic! That's my opinion though

Remember, they said it might be from the attached half-a-Ninja Turtles game. It sounds like random stuff to me.

I just heard that Dioxaz did a cleaned up version, not sure though. But yeah it could be from that Ninja turtles game. Really need to find out more conclusive information about it, as in how to extract it etc.

yea, there was, and I think that the half ninja turtles thing COULD bring up a mystery.

Yes, but back to the topic, where in the ROM is the voice sample?! It could be a hoax if noone knows how it was retreived?
