I was bored earlier so I tried some random hacking, so I decided to do what Mustapha said in this topic:

    http://forums.sonicretro.org/index.php?sho...t=0&#entry90463

I finished it and all seemed well, so I sent it to another friend so he could try it out and stuff and he got it to do some pretty weird stuff. Some of the things might be common knowledge already. Anyways, could someone please explain what happened or what went wrong?

Sorry if I posted this in the wrong forum.

    File includes:
    The ROM I hacked
    Some pictures
    And some savestates

    Download here

Why would he want to do that? It works fine for me.

Must be my internet. I'll check again.

Edit: Still won't work. I don't care, so I'll shut up now.

Download works, but next time try Sitesled.com or Walagata.com. Use walagata if you just want something basic, but Sitesled has a lot more (100 megs free, site designer, etc.)

Well you've obviously made a mistake somewhere. The pattern load cues are screwed, amongst other things.

You can use file compare from the DOS command line with an older version to find what's actually changed and what went wrong:

    Code (Text):
    1. FC /B file1.bin file2.bin > differences.txt
