BEFORE YOU ASK FOR ROMS

Anybody know where I can get Mega Man X4 weather it be for PS1 or PC, internet dl (prefered) or bittorrent. I just want this game so badly and no stores around here or up in the cities have it so I'm trying to find a download for it. Thanks for the help in advance.

A while back I heard of a Megaman 3 beta rom being found for NES, but I have yet been able to find a download for it anybody got one?

I got a .bc file after getting the software and downloading sonic jam but what do I do with that.

 

http://www.emuasylum.com is where I point most people to these days, they have a massive genesis rom archive.

 

Planet EMU is the site I use the most. It has lots of roms, the only downside being that you sometimes have to wait a minute or so to start downloading them.

 

I use www.romnation.net - can't go wrong with it.

 

EmuParadise - One of the few sites that gives downloads to GBA and N64 without having to go through shitty voting procedures that lead to nowhere. A limited amount of them, but there is still a good amount of them. Site is kinda slow though.
