Robot Chicken Topic

I like the ffvii one, but honestly I'm not a huge fan of Robot Chicken. Venture Bros. is where it's at <3

 

This is extremely old. I even think we had a topic about it.

That said, if you want this to become a general Robot Chicken topic, I suggest you edit the title to suit.

 

Robot Chicken's a little too random for my tastes. The only true memorable one to me would have to be Mario in GTA, it's pretty classic.

Still can't make me laugh as hard as Ren & Stimpy, though. :3

 

I love Robot Chicken. The Sonic part was very funny. Another one I like was Pee Wee Playhouse Secret word, Mr. Rogers, Star Wars and more I can think of.

 

I love Robot Chicken...

Some of my favourite Robot Chicken segments are:
- Like Ayla said, that FF7 one was pretty good =)
- Swedish Chef/Bork Bork Bork, etc.
- Rachel Leigh Cook's parody of the Brain on Drugs ad from the late-90s
- Dicks with Time Machines
- Some others I don't remember right now

I first watched it in mid-2005 when I first discovered Adult Swim, but I couldn't watch it for about a year and a half (I didnt have cable =/), but luckily I got cable again when my girlfriend moved in with me and quickly got back into Adult Swim =P

I don't watch Adult Swim as often anymore though, mostly because of working on Friday and Saturday nights and me going to bed at around 23:30 on weekdays =/

 

One specifically stands out in my mind.

"HAPPY BIRTHDAY CALVIN"

 

The Bloopers skits amuse me the most. The one with Battlestar Galactica was the best one with the robot bloopers. Also one-sided fights.

Otherwise, I'll take Harvey Birdman and Venture Bros. easily.

 

harvey birdman is good as well. I also liked sealab 2021

 

Eh... Sealab was good up until they wrote out Captain Murphy, since his V.A. died. After that, it lost its charm.

 

I've gotta say that one of my favorites is probably the whole office fight scene with Ryu at the end of it.

 

Murphy wouldn't have been the same without Harry Goz, anyway. I don't think the show would have been any better after Goz died if they'd kept Murphy but brought in a new VA.

 

The Calvin and Hobbes one was great, my favorites have always been the FFVII one and the one where Optimus Prime gets prostate cancer

 

True, but you know what I mean, right? It was just something with how Goz delivered the lines, like how Colbert delivers with Phil Ken Sebben.

 

My favorite one is the Captain Planet sketch with Ted Turner. "You got glass in my eye" "And my foot in your balls. Caaaaptaaaain Plllaaaaanet"

 

Little Hitler FTW.

 

I really liked the Captain Planet, and The Foo Fighters one. Those really made me laugh.
