Ah, clever, make us earn him. Just one minor question, would this involve like certain levels, scores, amount of rings, special stages, or anything else?

 

Cool that you got him in, but if you ask me, both Sonic 1 and 2 aren't designed to have Tails fly, especially in the manner you have him do so. His abilities make the game way too easy (especially in the original S1 levels), and that, among some other personal peeves, have kept me from putting him in Megamix. He's just not my style, really; you know what I mean? :P

Hope you're ready to put him to creative use, since you're gonna need to in order to make the best of him.

 

Well, Tails' in, and that makes me happy (even if he would make the game redicuously easy).
Now give Tails the Super Peel out move Sonic has from Sonic CD =P

But please, make it compatible with psp emulators :s

 

Could I suggest something? Would you think it is a good idea to add Sonic 3 sprites for Sonic? Also, since you have Tails ability's, could you also add Sonic's Insta-Shield?

 

cinossu is trying to keep away from older versions as much as possible, and more like sonic 1 and sonic cd.

 

I guess that's the burden of success. :P

 

I have one suggestion for the Tails sign: Nick Arcade Proto sign. =P

I had another idea. I know you're trying to keep the sonic 1 and sonic cd feel, so maybe you could have posts like the save post that change the time of day (even though it wouldnt change the level, just the palette :S), or maybe the save posts would only work uf you got up enough speed afterwards like in sonic cd (exept on the boss stages).

 

I can see how that concept might have made sense in Sonic CD for time traveling (88 MILES PER HOUR!) but that doesn't seem to make sense at all for saving.

 

yer I spose that is a bit pointless for saving, to have to go to all that trouble just to save. and besides practically everyone on this board can clear sonic 1 without losing a life anyway lol
